Yr Plans is Canada's first platform for employer sponsored student loan repayment. They are a B2B SaaS provider that offers HR solutions to Canadian companies of all sizes. The "Smart Benefit" is an affordable, easily implemented and novel introduction into the workspace that allows employers to add a student loan repayment benefit to the already-existing group benefits for their employees.

Yr Plans wanted to introduce "The Smart Benefit" to employers nationwide. The program is an addition to the workplace savings plan that promotes employee financial wellness and addresses the needs and concerns of the current educated workforce.
We understood the value of what Yr Plans was bringing to the table. Student loan repayments are one of the biggest concerns in today's workforce - to showcase and introduce this new idea to the market was important to us. It would not only bring about a positive change to the employee and company relationship, but it would benefit generations going forward, too.
Yr Plans already had a visual style that accompanied their brand. Using vector animations, we created new character designs and assets that helped communicate the concept of "The Smart Benefit" by addressing the problem of student loan debts and providing Yr Plans as the solution.
