Aigent is a real-time artificial intelligence platform that serves as guide for customer service agents to deliver the best customer experience possible. It is built specifically for call centers, seamlessly integrating existing telephony and CRM systems, actively listening to calls and helping make every interaction quicker, more informed, and compliant.

A challenge that Aigent faced on their website front was that the art and images on their webpage were outdated and diverged from their brand identity. They needed illustrations and iconography that authentically represented Aigent's unique brand.
Our goal to visually tell the story of the brand began with a mood board. We took inspiration from Clippy the old MSOffice assistant and sketched a character design that embodied a unique personality based on Aigent's friendly AI.
Then - taking Aigent's brand colours, we designed customized icons that represented every benefit of their service. From their real-time coaching to preemptive escalation avoidance, we created illustrations using the AI character and designed something that was true to Aigent as a brand and platform.
